Jenn Tran was eliminated on Halloween night

SPOILER ALERT: This story contains spoilers from the October 29 episode of “Dancing With the Stars.”

This Halloween, celebrities on “Dancing With the Stars” faced their nightmares and each performed a routine inspired by their greatest fears – from snakes, the Black Man and murderers to dolls, the dark and vampires. And their biggest fear must have been elimination because everyone gave their best.

Daniella Karagach told her partner Dwight Howard that he had yet to complete a complete routine without making mistakes – so that's exactly what he did for her very scary counterpart to “Ring Around the Rosie.” After their impressive routine, both contestants cried and said they had endured a tough week. It paid off – they got the first 10 of the season, from Carrie Ann Inaba.

That was just the top 10 of the night, with Carrie Ann also giving top scores to Danny Amendola and Witney Carson; Jenn Tran and Sasha Farber; Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson; Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold. While Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli used their 9 paddles most of the night, Bruno did Give Joey and Jenna a 10 and place them at the top of the leaderboard.

Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong danced the final number of the evening. Even though they had immunity as of last week, which meant they didn't have to compete in the dance-offs, Chandler didn't feel too confident after Carrie Ann said her Viennese waltz wasn't perfect… until they got their results. Carrie Ann gave a 9, but the couple received 10 points from Bruno and Derek, the first of the season from Derek.

After the individual dances, it was time for three dance-offs: Dwight and Daniella defeated Ilona and Alan with a cha-cha to “Ghostbusters; Jenn and Sasha defeated Stephen and Rylee with their salsa on “Jump In the Line”; and finally Joey and Jenna's jive to “Time Warp” beat Danny and Witney.

Ultimately, Chandler and Joey were tied at the top of the leaderboard, while Ilona was at the bottom. After combining the judges' scores and the audience's votes, Jenn and Sasha were shockingly sent home.

There will be no new episode of Dancing With the Stars next week because Tuesday, November 5th is election night.
