Anna Sorokin may have spent some time in prison, but she has no time for “Dancing with the Stars.”

The former socialite and later convict, who served nearly four years in prison following a conviction for multiple financial crimes, and her partner Ezra Sosa were eliminated from the ABC dance competition show on Tuesday's episode.

In her post-elimination interview with her co-host Julianne Hough, Sorokin seemed completely unfazed and was asked what she would take away from her time in the ballroom.

“Nothing,” Sorokin said to Hough with a short laugh.

That may be because Sorokin didn't spend much time on the show at all, considering she was among the first to be eliminated, along with Tori Spelling and her partner Pasha Pashkov, who was also eliminated on Tuesday.

Sorokin, however, was not finished displaying her ambivalence.

In an interview with GMA after the show, when asked what it was like to be part of the show, she simply said that “it was a new experience,” and when asked what she liked most about the show, she didn't mince her words either.

“Elimination,” said Sorokin, giggling.

She went on to say that she was “of course very sad” to be eliminated from the show so early, and also said that the “second chance” she had been waiting for after her legal troubles was now “lost”.

Sorokin was convicted of grand theft and other financial crimes in 2019 after stealing over $200,000 to finance a life of luxury while posing as a German heiress with a trust fund. She served two years in prison and was held by immigration authorities for an additional 18 months for overstaying her visa.

A television series called “Inventing Anna,” starring Emmy Award winner Julia Garner, tells Sorokin’s story.

Sorokin has been living under house arrest in New York City and wearing an ankle bracelet while she appeals her deportation order. She previously told People that she had asked for and received permission from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to travel to Los Angeles, where the show is produced.

Her jeweled and glittery ankle bracelet – featured on the show – has since become her most viral accessory.
