Mike Williams had a slow start to the season while playing in a deep wide receiver room in New York.

The eighth-year veteran has just 12 receptions for 166 yards in nine games, making him the Jets' fifth-leading receiver behind Garrett Wilson, Allen Lazard, Breece Hall, Tyler Conklin and Davante Adams.

Now, in a new offense that was desperate for another receiver, Williams has a chance to turn his season around.

While George Pickens will likely still be Pittsburgh's No. 1 receiver, Williams should emerge as the team's No. 2 option and provide numerous targets.

Williams, who played just three games a season ago and 13 games in 2022, had 1,146 receiving yards and nine touchdowns in his last healthy season in 2021. Expect a similar performance from him once he gets acclimated to the Steelers' offense.

If Williams is already on your roster, he's worth holding on to as he'll likely be good for a few more fantasy points in the coming weeks compared to the start of the season. If you're already at wide receiver, it might still be worth keeping him for a week or two and trading up on him once he starts putting up some points.
