A mature Barcelona is keeping pace at the top of the Champions League table

Life is good for the Blaugrana.

They are at the top in Spain and in the top eight in the Champions League, making them real contenders in all competitions.

They defeated Crvena Zvezda with ease and have less daunting tests ahead of them against Real Sociedad, Celta Vigo and Brest. But that's exactly what makes the month of November so difficult.

When you see Real Madrid and Bayern Munich you are on high alert. But trophies are won based on an elite team's ability to grab the low-hanging fruit.

But overall this team has been consistent, whether playing against the biggest or the smallest team in Europe. They attack and defend in the same way, and no opponent has figured out how to effectively counter their tactics.

Robert Lewandowski and Raphinha are still top scorers, but there are a large number of characters who leave their mark from game to game.

Jules Kounde was undoubtedly the man of the match. With three assists in the second half, it seemed easy and showed what drives this team. Bring the bodies forward and create a numerical superiority in the attack. Héctor Fort imitated Kounde at the weekend and Gerard Martín set to work doing the same during the week.
