Titans quarterback Will Levis suffered an apparent right shoulder injury during the first quarter of Tennessee's game against the Miami Dolphins on Monday night and was listed as questionable to return.

Mason Rudolph replaced Levis and led the Titans to three field goals in the first half and 10 points in the third quarter. Tennessee led 19-6 early in the final quarter in Miami Gardens, Florida.

Levis injured himself diving to gain more distance on a jump to his right. He extended both arms with the ball and landed hard on his shoulder out of bounds with just under seven minutes left in the first quarter. He was marked just before the first descent.

The next time the Titans had the ball with 4:14 left in the quarter, Rudolph was the quarterback.

Tennessee coach Brian Callahan told ESPN at halftime that Levis would return to the game if he was deemed healthy. However, Rudolph was back in the game throughout the third quarter as Levis stood on the sideline with his helmet on.

Levis threw his sixth interception of the season before leaving the game. Entering the week, he led the league with eight turnovers, including three lost fumbles. He completed three of four passes for 25 yards on Monday.
