Britney Spears' boyfriend Paul Richard Soliz's wife files for divorce after 8 years

Although Paul Richard Soliz is making headlines for his relationship with Britney Spears, the pop star's ex-housekeeper is now making headlines because there is another woman in his life. According to legal documents obtained by TMZHis wife Nicole Mancilla filed for divorce on Wednesday, October 2, after eight years of marriage.

According to court documents, she listed the date of separation as June 29, 2023 and the reason for the separation as “irreconcilable differences.” The two share four children together. Although she is open to visitation, she is seeking both legal and physical custody of all four children. She also requests that the court award her spousal support, but at the same time asks that the court deny him spousal support.

The couple originally tied the knot in March 2015, while the “Crossroads” actress was still under her court-ordered conservatorship from February 2008 until November 2021.

“Walking on a broken foot…if I walk fast it goes numb!!! I had three operations on my left leg 🦵🏻… twice on my knee and once on my foot 🦶🏻. They always said it can heal on its own but there's a big chance it will tear and break again 😬!!!” Britney wrote in the caption. “Well I always did the surgeries and it was more painful afterwards, so I'm sticking with it this time. I'll see if my body knows how to heal itself 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️!!

Less than a week before announcing that her foot was broken, Britney told her followers that she may need surgery for her foot injury.

“I really wish my life was as wild as it is portrayed to be!! Anyway, a lot has actually happened to me and I may need surgery… I'm keeping my fingers crossed, hopefully not, but I feel like I was harassed and gaslighted and tricked into getting out on the street to leave even though my car was supposed to be there!!” Britney wrote in the caption.

“I was in my pajamas and yes, I was crying because I hurt my foot!! No collapse!!! “I'm a grown woman who is actually very naive in most situations!!!” she continued. “I’m just embarrassed that they caught me in my damn pajamas!!!”

“I don't feel loved… I feel mistreated!!!” she added. “With that in mind, I’m going to treat myself this week!!!”

Shortly after the incident at Chateau Marmont occurred, Britney blamed her mother. Lynne Spearsfor the incident, although the two appeared to be on good terms for her 42nd birthday party last December.

The “Toxic” singer posted a video of her swollen foot and she can be heard saying, “Okay guys, so you know I really twisted my ankle last night like an idiot.”

“It's so bad. The damn idiot here tried to jump in the living room of the chateau and I fell and embarrassed myself. And, uh, that’s it,” she continued. “Paramedics came to my door illegally, of course, because of this huge scene that was so unnecessary when all I needed was ice.” She continued: “It's actually pretty bad, but it happens.”

In the video's caption, Britney wrote, “I know my mom was involved!!! I haven't spoken to her in six months and she called right after the incident before the news was released!!! I was just tricked.” Just like she did back then!!! I wish I had grandparents!!! I honestly don’t care, I’ll say it!!!”

The pop star then seemingly turned to her lawyer Mathew Rosengart and added: “Psss, this man is wonderful!!! “

According to multiple sources, Britney Spears and her boyfriend Paul Richard Soliz were staying at Chateau Marmont on May 1st. It's unclear how Britney injured her foot, but photos taken that night show her walking around outside the hotel with a blanket around her shoulders and a pillow strapped to her chest.

“Just to let people know…the news is fake!!! “I want to respect this point for people to understand that I’m getting stronger every day!!!” Britney wrote in another Instagram post.

“The truth sucks so can someone teach me how to lie??? Goddesses out there, I am reaching my higher power and besides, I hope you are too!!! I need a new toothbrush immediately PS…I need an espresso!!” she continued.

“PSS… I'm not sure why I feel the need to share this… I guess I'm just a girl and on my period (…) I also twisted my ankle last night and paramedic showed up at my door “I entered the door illegally,” she added. “They never came to my room, but I felt completely harassed. I'm moving to Boston!!! Peace.”

Despite filing for divorce in August 2023 after 14 months of marriage, Sam Asghari still feels “horrible” over the “heartbreaking” incident that occurred at Chateau Marmont on May 1.
