Wheel of Fortune viewers were shocked. The participant did not know the name of the major television and film star

A letter cost a participant a lot of money in Tuesday's episode (October 1st). Wheel of Fortuneand the viewers can't get over it.

The participant in question was Rasheda Tobias of Kernersville, North Carolina, who was competing against Teresa Ronquillo of Los Angeles, California and Derrick Kyci Balfour of Frederick, Maryland on the BetMGM Big Winners Tournament episode.

All three contestants struggled in the Show Biz category, with Ronquillo and Balfour both landing on Bankrupt. Eventually Tobias got a number of good turns and was able to add more letters to the puzzle board.

The board read: “_ IC _ AE _ / _ . / JORDAN / STARS / IN / CREE D.”

Tobias decided to make a guess and answered, “Michael P. Jordan stars in Creed.” Of course, that was wrong, because the actual answer was “Michael B. Jordan stars in Creed.”

“Who is Michael P Jordan?” Girl…” one fan wrote on X.

“MICHAEL P JORDAN?!? How are you screwing this up?!?” said another.

“This lady just said Michael P. Jordan…” another viewer commented.

Another added: “Vanna's face when that lady said Michael P. Jordan was talking about screwing up! #wheeloffortune #wof”

“Michael P. Jordan??? I guess this is Michael B. Jordan’s twin,” one fan said.

“I know that lady at Wheel Of Fortune didn't just say 'Michael P. Jordan Stars In Creed.' I’m devastated for her,” another added.

Michael B. Jordan is best known for his role as Adonis Creed in the series Believe Movies, plus Erik Killmonger in Black panther. He played the main role on television The wire, Friday Night Lights, ParenthoodAnd raising Dion.

Tobias couldn't recover from that point on, ending up in last place of the episode with $3,550, compared to $8,000 for Ronquillo and $13,200 for Balfour (plus a trip to Las Vegas).

Balfour moved on to the bonus round, where he selected “Food and Drink” as his category, along with the additional letters “D, B, K and A”. This left him with a puzzle board that read, “_ AS _ E _ / _ _ L K.”

Unfortunately for Balfour, he couldn't figure it out and ended up on the second word (“Milk”) just as time was up. The correct answer was “cashew milk,” meaning Balfour lost an additional $40,000.
