In the 26-minute session, Aguilera welcomes a number of guests, including MGK for a “Genie in a Bottle” guitar solo. He also reunites with producer Ron Fair and songwriter Heather Holly from recording the original album, and Holly joins Aguilera for a performance of “Obvious,” a ballad they wrote together.

At the end of the performance, Aguilera welcomes her blonde pop star colleague Sabrina Carpenter for a vocally impressive duet of “What a Girl Wants”.

“I'm freaking out,” Carpenter tells Aguilera, before explaining that her mother introduced her to the “Come on Over Baby” singer by showing her a video of Aguilera singing when she was just eight years old. “That was the most inspiring thing I've ever experienced as a young girl who wanted to sing but didn't know if I could at that age.”

She continued, “You were a kid! I was like, 'How did that come out of that body?' That was the main reason I started singing and wanted to be a singer.”
