Christian Pulisic has compounded Milan's problems for tonight's Serie A showdown against Napoli as he is reportedly suffering from flu symptoms.

It starts at 7.45pm GMT in San Siro.

You can follow all the build-up and action from this game, Cagliari-Bologna and Lecce-Verona, on the live blog.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Pulisic is struggling with flu symptoms and has a fever, so coach Paulo Fonseca doesn't want to risk him being left out of the starting line-up.

This is a real problem as the USMNT star has delivered by far the team's best performance so far this season with seven goals and three assists in 11 competitive games.

Pulisic should start in the trequartista role behind the striker, at the center of a trio supporting Alvaro Morata.

Instead, Ruben Loftus-Cheek should now be moved there, which will move Yunus Musah into midfield two with Youssouf Fofana.

Rafael Leao is definitely set to be dropped, with Noah Okafor and Samuel Chukwueze getting the nod on the wings.

The Rossoneri are already decimated ahead of the game with Theo Hernandez and Tijjani Reijnders suspended.

Her ban was supposed to have applied to Saturday's trip to Bologna, but with that game postponed due to severe weather warnings in the region, the ban will remain in place until this midweek round.

The injured Matteo Gabbia, Tammy Abraham, Luka Jovic, Alessandro Florenzi and Ismael Bennacer are also missing.
