ALDS: How to live stream Royals vs. Yankees

The Royals continue their surprising march through the playoffs with a berth in the American League Divisional Series against the New York Yankees. This best-of-five playoff format features the first playoff games in Kansas City since the Royals won it all in 2015.

The series begins at Yankee Stadium, home of the top-seeded New York Yankees, Saturday night at 5:38 a.m. CT (that's right, 5:38 p.m. If you know, you know.) The game will be broadcast on TBS, truTV and Max with Bob Costas and Ron Darling on the phone. Michael Wacha is expected to face Yankees right-hander Gerrit Cole. Game 2 airs Monday night at 6:38 CT from Yankee Stadium on TBS and Max, with Cole Ragans set to face left-hander Carlos Rodón. The game will be broadcast in contrast to the Chiefs' Monday Night Football game against the Saints.

Game 3 is Wednesday, October 9th at 6:08 a.m. CT in Kansas City. If necessary, Game 4 will take place on Thursday, October 10th at 7:08 a.m. CT in Kansas City, while Game 5 will take place again on Saturday, October 12th at 7:08 a.m. CT in New York. These games will air on TBS, truTV and Max.

The games will be streamed on any platform that carries TBS or Max, as well as on MLB TV for those viewers who are authenticated subscribers to those networks through a participating pay-TV provider.

Games are also available on the Royals Radio Network, including 96.5 The Fan and 610 Sports in Kansas City. You can also listen on ESPN Radio, broadcast locally on 810 WHB, with Karl Ravech and Eduardo Perez in the booth and Tim Kurkjian as analyst.

The winner of the series will face the winner of the Cleveland Guardians/Detroit Tigers series for the right to play in the World Series.
