Anna's Taqueria takes over 2 B. Good locations in Boston

B. Okay, go over there. There are tacos in town.

In recent months, fast-casual chain B. Good has closed several locations across Boston. While the closures are bad news for fans of the New England farm-fresh restaurant, they're good news for a new restaurant taking over the locations.

Two of the three closed B. Good stores will be acquired by Anna's Taqueria as part of a strategic reevaluation by the restaurants' common parent company, Streetlight Ventures.

Which B. Good locations are closing?

The Woburn location closed two months ago, and stores at Northeastern University and Downtown Crossing have closed in recent weeks.

Although plans for the Downtown Crossing franchise location are uncertain, new Anna's Taqueria restaurants are opening in Woburn and Northeastern.

How to Visit the New Anna's Taqueria Locations

Although these locations are new, Anna's Taqueria has been serving authentic Mexican dishes in the Boston area for over 25 years at eight locations. Menu items include tacos, burritos, salads and bowls that bring the flavors of San Francisco's Mission District to Boston.

As of earlier this month, the Woburn location for Anna's Taqueria is at 4 Cummings Park Dr. daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. open.

Anna's Taqueria is expected to take over the old B. Good space at Northeastern early next year. It will be held in the public food court beneath Northeastern's Marino Recreation Center at 369 Huntington Ave. be housed in Boston. Hours of operation for the northeast location have not yet been released.
