At the start of the working week, temperatures rise again

Tonight we will have lows in the 40s across southern Colorado. The highland region will see lows in the 30s to upper 20s. Our skies will remain clear.

As the work week begins, temperatures in southern Colorado will climb back into the 80s, while the high country will remain in the 70s. Our skies will continue to be sunny! Lows will remain in the 40s for southern Colorado and 30s to upper 20s for the high country.

A high pressure system continues to dominate the workweek, resulting in dry conditions prevailing across southern Colorado. Our highs will remain in the 80s for the remainder of the work week, while the highlands remain in the 70s. Our lows will begin to fall back into the 50s on Tuesday, where they will remain for the remainder of the work week for Southern Colorado, and lows will climb back into the 30s to 40s for the highland region.

There is a slight chance of isolated rain showers in high-altitude home towns on Wednesday. However, I expect most of the highlands to remain dry.

There could be a cooling down with a slight chance of isolated showers by the weekend.
