Barcelona vs Crvena Zvezda player ratings: A masterclass from Jules Kounde! The defender scores THREE assists as Robert Lewandowski scores a brace and Raphinha's magic leads him to exchange blows

Barcelona were in irresistible form against Crvena Zvezda on Wednesday night, outscoring their Serbian opponents five times in a game that turned into a Champions League battle.

Zvezda had the ball in the net within three minutes but VAR ruled out the goal due to a relatively obvious offside position and Barcelona took the lead just over 10 minutes later when Inigo Martinez headed in Raphinha's excellent shot.

But in the 26th minute Zvezda equalized in an excellent way. After being sent beyond Barca's defensive line, Silas beat Inaki Pena with a wonderful finish.

Barca were back in the lead just two minutes before half-time. Raphinha's shot hit the post and Robert Lewandowski used his poacher's instincts to finish from close range.

After the restart, Lewandowski had the chance to end the game when he was found in the penalty area, but he surprisingly shot the ball wide of the goal. Just seconds later he made amends and finished from close range after a cross from Jules Kounde.

Raphinha capped Barca's lightning attack at the start of the second half with a clever, low finish from the edge of the box, again from Kounde's cross.

In the 76th minute, after coming on as a substitute, Fermin Lopez completed another excellent Kounde cutback, his third assist of the game.

Crvena still managed to equalize through Felicio Milson, a stunning shot from inside the box.
