What do the end credits of “Venom: The Last Dance” mean for the future of Venom?

In general, end credits or post-credits scenes serve one of two functions: Regardless of where they appear, the scenes typically tie up loose ends from an earlier scene or foreshadow a possible sequel.

The practice of end credits or post-credits scenes is, of course, most common in comic book films, as several Marvel and DC Comics characters have been developed into franchises. Actually both Poison And Poison: Let there be a bloodbath had post-credits scenes.

It's not surprising Venom: The Last Dance continues the tradition and has both an end-credits scene and a post-credits scene. However, no scene suggests another Poison The film has been in the works ever since Venom: The Last Dance was advertised as the third and presumably final film for Hardy as the character.

Instead, a scene appears in the middle of the credits Venom: The Last Dance suggests that Venom's nemesis in the film, Knull, could continue his reign of terror in the film Spider-Man Universe.

I think he would have eliminated Venom, Knull – and shows his face for the first time Venom: The Last Dance Since it's been kept quiet throughout the film, in the end credits scene he menacingly roars that he's going to kill the Earth and everyone will watch it burn.

Afterwards, during the post-credits scene, the action returns to a decimated Area 51 – the main setting of Venom: The Last Dance– where a spark in a broken lab tube suggests that a symbiote still exists after the events of the third act, as they were all thought to have been destroyed.

The only character from Venom: The Last Dance The scene features the film's unnamed bartender (Cristo Fernández), who escapes from the prison where he was being held in the former government laboratory and flees Area 51 on foot.

As for Venom's future, while it's been made clear that there are no more solo films in the works for the character, it's always possible that he returns as a supporting actor. There's something telling about a line near the end of the film in which Venom says to Eddie, “Goodbye, for now” – a reference to the words spoken to Eddie/Venom by Martin (Rhys Ifans) earlier in the film.

After all, “Venom,” like “Spider-Man,” is Sony Pictures Entertainment’s big screen release, so the idea that the alien symbiote could appear in a future arose Spider-Man The film seems completely within reason.
