Early voting hours expand to Saturday – WRBI Radio

(Southeastern IN) – Early in-person voting for the November 5 general election will be expanded to Saturday hours this week.

In Ripley County, you can vote early at the polling station on the second floor of the courthouse annex Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday hours will be added on October 26 at the Sunman American Legion Post and November 2 at Shelby Christian Church in Versailles, along with the appendix on those Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

In Franklin County, you can vote early at the County Clerk's Office from 8:30 a.m. to 4 days a week. The county is adding Saturday voting hours on October 26 and November 2 at the Clerk's Office, Ignite Church (the former Church on Fire) in Batesville and both Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the New Trenton Volunteer Fire Department are available. Voting hours in the Secretariat will be extended until 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29th and Thursday, October 31st

In Decatur County, early voting is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the County Annex building (the former Washington School). On October 26, Saturday hours will be added at the Annex and the Greensburg/Decatur County Public Library, and on November 2, those Saturdays will be added at the Annex and the Westport Community Building from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

In Dearborn County, early in-person voting takes place weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the second floor of the administration building. The county is adding Saturday hours on Oct. 26 and Nov. 2, available at both Dearborn Hills Church in Bright and the Aurora Fire Department and Administration Building on both Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Early voting ends Monday, November 4th at 12 p.m.

On Election Day, November 5, you can vote at vote centers in all four counties from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. There are nine vote centers in Ripley County; five in Franklin County; 11 in Decatur County and 12 in Dearborn County.
