Evil Creator responds to the series' renewed popularity on streaming and addresses its potential future

After Devilish had to accept an early cancellation, the show has regained importance thanks to streaming platforms, and the creators are commenting on this. Released in 2019, the series tells the story of a group of three completely different characters who work together to investigate reported supernatural cases in the New York area. It ended on August 22 after the season 4 finale, but hope remains Devilish could move to another streaming service at some point in the future.

Michelle King: It's fantastic. I love the fact that even more people are enjoying the series now that it's available on Netflix.

Robert King: And I'm disappointed because they found it too late. Why can't we back up the story for a year or so? Because many fans probably came a little too late to save the show. Although you should never say never, who knows?

Screen Rant: Is there any chance it might continue?

Robert King: I just think that the streaming world, mixed with the old, traditional world, has created some very strange bedfellows and children. But it could become anything.

Paramount announced that the series would end after Season 4, so the final episodes were produced with eyes wide open.
