GREG GUTFELD: Trump has shown that elections can be decided based on performance

So on Saturday, Donald Trump returned to Butler, Pennsylvania, where he was nearly assassinated about three months ago by a loser who couldn't make it into his high school gun club but somehow knows his way around pitched roof technology. It was huge. So big that the rest of the media had to cover it. First, Trump returns to the scene of his near-death and then begins.

TRUMP: We love Pennsylvania. And like I said…

TRUMP: I love this. I love this chart.

MUSK ENERGY TRUMP SUPPORTERS AT BUTLER RALLY, 3 MONTHS AFTER ATTEMPT ON FORMER PRESIDENT

Yes, Trump has charts while Biden has sharts. Elon Musk jumped around like a human embodiment of the First Amendment. All it took was for Hulk Hogan to take off his shirt or for Kid Rock to put on a shirt. This time the crowd was even bigger and it was celebratory. It was fun and, dare I say it, joyful. Now compare that to the existential prophecies of a future Trump presidency. A “threat to democracy, dictatorship, chaos.” Was there something similar with Butler?

Tens of thousands of people from around the world stood together to hear speeches that portrayed America as a place worth protecting, where security matters, where borders matter, where American jobs matter and where our leaders matter would actually put our country first. All things that a Harris presidency would make disappear faster than an erection on Bikini Day on The View. This sentence started so well.

Tens of thousands of people, the people the old media demonizes all day long, people who happen to be in the ultimate swing state, by the way. But who do you think our media will blame if Trump wins this thing? Just listen to how these laughers continue to push for violent retaliation if Trump wins.

JOE SCARBOROUGH: This is an increasingly desperate person preparing for civil war.

MSNBC GUEST: People in the Republican Party are actually actively advocating for division right now, you know, division in the country.

MICHAEL COHEN: What he says, what he plans to do. And if he turns around and says he wants to use Seal Team Six or the military to round up his critics or opponents, then he intends to do it.

MSNBC GUEST: He does whatever he needs to do to disrupt the process and create so much tension and confusion that there are people on the street to protect and defend him.

So there is a feeling that if Trump wins there will be chaos. That's the feeling they want to give you. It's less an election than a blackmail. And unfortunately, they may be right. If Trump wins there will be chaos because it will come from them. What they say is if you win there will be blood, your blood. It's a mafia saying: “Nice country you have here.” It would be a shame if something happened to him. At least the thugs from Goodfellas had style. Democrats look like this. Think about it. Did Kamala Harris articulate a single original policy point?

Sure, she didn't mention onerous tips, which she accepted from Trump like a Cartier watch in a smash-and-grab. She doesn't care about politics because she doesn't have to. Because as a woman who babbles about not resigning from her own administration, there is always an “or else” behind it. Or they seem to guarantee disaster, chaos, chaos. We saw their chaos in Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Minneapolis. Well, Tim Walz, he missed that. He was busy fighting ISIS in Iraq with exploding tampons.

Well, some of us may be a little scared, but that's exactly what we want. But you can't let them blackmail or threaten you so that the Democrats win, because that is clearly their last sure sign of desperation. From a side that has neither politics, history nor common sense on its side, only threats. But the good news is that, like Gerald Nadler's deodorant, it doesn't work. Tens of thousands of people standing side by side in a field containing the blood of Trump and three others showed him that. Trump came back, as he promised.

He didn't let them set the boundaries. They literally did their best, then he bravely returned to the scene. Like Brian Stelter returning to steal from the CNN fridge. Trump came and said, “Forget it.” The threats won’t stop us. So it wasn't just about Butler, but about the election itself. By bringing all of these people together on the same field where an armed lunatic tried to end Trump's presidential candidacy, Trump and thousands of others showed that this election was indeed what mattered can be decided and not under the threat of the left, who swear chaos if they do this they will not get through.

It's funny, the guy they tell us is going to end the election and democracy is actually the one doing the most to preserve it. And tens of thousands joined him. They're ready to fight, fight, fight with a Prez that's got their back every step of the way. So let the Democrats keep telling you that Team Trump will end America as we know it. And if they talk about it as we've known it for the last four years, let's hope they're right this time.
