How to watch Game 2 of the MLS Cup first round

In order for the team to remain in the MLS playoffs, they must secure an away win against the New York Red Bulls in the second game of their first-round series.

On Tuesday, the Crew lost Game 1 of the best-of-three series 1-0 at Lower.com Field. Columbus is the higher seed and sits second in the Eastern Conference. The Red Bulls are seventh.

If the team can advance, all it has to do is travel to an Eastern Conference final against league leader Inter Miami in the postseason.

But before the Crew can worry about home games in the playoffs, they have to win on the road today.

This regular season, the Crew improved its road record to 9-3-5 from 4-8-5 last season. The Crew also won away elimination games against Houston Dynamo, Tigers and CF Monterrey in this year's CONCACAF Champions Cup tournament.

“Winning away games was huge,” Crew goalkeeper Patrick Schulte said. “It definitely gives you more confidence knowing you can go anywhere and win. But we also believe that in our team we can go anywhere and win, no matter if we didn't do well away from home, especially after whatever.” That's what happened in the last game. We know we have to react.

Here's how to watch the team take on the Red Bulls in Game 2 of the first round of the MLS Cup.
