Liam Payne's ex-fiancée Maya Henry has taken legal action against the former One Directioner.

The 23-year-old model has sent a cease-and-desist letter to Payne, 31, accusing her of incessantly contacting her and using different iCloud accounts to continue contacting her.

She also claims Payne repeatedly contacted her friends and family, including her mother, Azteca Henry.

Earlier this week, Henry spoke out about the alleged harassment on TikTok, telling her 650,000 followers: “Since we broke up he's been messaging me and will blow up my phone, not just from his phone, it's always from other phone numbers, i.e. mine.” I never know where it comes from.

“He'll create new iCloud accounts to message me – it's always a new damn iCloud account.” Every time I see one on my phone I think, “Here we go again.”

“Also, he's going to email me…not just me, but he's going to blow up my mom's phone. 'Is this normal behavior for you?'

Henry's lawyers told MailOnline: “Maya Henry issued a cease and desist letter to Liam Payne last week after new and worrying information emerged.”

“She has retained attorneys Marco Crawford and Daniel Cerna to represent her.” This is her only comment on the matter at this time.

The couple, who were separated on and off for three years before splitting in 2022, have been in near-constant conflict since their split.

Since, Liam dated influencer Kate Cassidywhile Maya worked on her novel Looking Forward – about dating a pop star.

Henry also claimed in her recent TikTok that there is a lot about the pop star that the public doesn't know, saying: “Everything is swept under the rug, everything is hidden for him.” I don't know who is behind all of this, but nothing ever comes to light about him.'

She added: “He's the one who does weird shit all the time and I just want to add that he literally said that he's the reason he has all these people on his damn Snapchat, which apparently he's had for years, and News is preying on One Direction fans because they are loyal to him.'

Maya's serious claims have been viewed over 2.4 million times at the time of writing, with more than 230,000 people reportedly liking the video.

Henry's TikTok comes a week later One Direction fans expressed concern about Payne's behavior in a recent TikTok video uploaded by his current girlfriend Kate.

One fan commented on the video: 'Is Liam okay? Real question.' and it was liked over 10,000 times by other fans.

Another commented: “I thought this was a parody then I realized they were serious.”

After Payne and Henry got engaged in 2020, they called off the engagement in 2021 and stayed together for almost a year after that.

Payne spoke about the decision to call off her engagement to Stephen Bartlett Diary of a CEO Podcast later in 2021.

“At this point, the main thing I feel is that I'm disappointed in myself for continuing to hurt people,” he said.

“That annoys me. I just wasn't very good at relationships. And I know what my relationship pattern currently looks like.

“I'm just not very good at it, so I just need to work on myself before I commit to anyone else.”

He added: “That's what I achieved in my last relationship.” I was just no longer presenting a very good version of myself that I didn't appreciate and that I didn't like. I can honestly say I feel better afterwards.

“I didn't feel good about what I did, but it had to happen. Just a trite way of saying it was best for both of us.”
