Live election results: Prop 139 on abortion and Prop 314 on immigration passports

The Associated Press has called eight of the 13 ballot initiatives. Proposition 139 on abortion, Proposition 314 on immigration and border police passed. While this was not the case with Prop. 138 on tipped workers and Prop. 140 on open primaries.

Below are live AP results on the 13 statewide ballot initiatives, updated throughout the day. The AP does not make predictions and only names a winner when it determines that there is no scenario that would allow the rear initiative to close the gap.

Local Issues in Pima County

Sahuarita: Prop. 403, Prop. 404, Prop. 405, Prop. 406, Prop. 407

As of 3:12 a.m., results released by Pima County showed voters in the city of Sahuarita rejected Prop. 403, a bond election that would authorize the city to issue and sell up to $66 million in general obligation bonds to fund parks and recreation, police and public safety and Infrastructure projects.

The other questions — Prop. 404, Prop. 405, Prop. 406 and Prop. 407, questions about utility franchise agreements that would provide the city with natural gas and water — yielded preliminary results.

South Tucson: Prop. 408 and Prop. 409

As of 3:12 a.m., results released by Pima County showed voters in the city of South Tucson appeared to approve the two measures. Prop. 408 will set the city's alternative spending limit and Prop. 409 allows the city to issue and sell up to $6 million in general obligation bonds to purchase vehicles and equipment for the fire department and to repair the fire station and to renovate.

School loyalty and extrajudicial elections

As of 3:12 a.m., results released by Pima County showed that all of the school district's ballot proposals narrowly passed.

Marana Unified School District: Prop. 411

Amphitheater Unified School District: Prop. 412 and Prop. 413
