COLLEGE STATION, Tx. – LSU football junior wide receiver Chris Hilton Jr. will play against Texas A&M on Saturday night.

It will be the first appearance of the season for the fast wide receiver as he missed the first seven games of the season due to a stress fracture. LSU announced Hilton's return before the game.

Hilton's return is a boost for an LSU offense that has already been playing well but has missed the junior's ability to defuse defenses with his speed.

Last season, Hilton caught 13 balls for 225 yards with two touchdowns. His best game came in the Tigers' ReliaQuest Bowl against Wisconsin, where he had three catches for 56 yards with a touchdown.
