National polls show Trump and Harris in a tight race as voters are dissatisfied with the decisions

Two new national polls released Sunday show former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris in an extremely close race for the White House, even as a majority of voters are unhappy about choosing between either candidate to have to.

An ABC News/Ipsos poll of 2,267 likely voters shows Harris leading Trump 49%-46%, with a margin of error of 2%.

Seventy-four percent of those voters say they feel the country is on the “wrong path,” including 50 percent of those who support Harris, the results show. For Trump supporters, this number rises to 98%.

The survey, which was conducted from October 29th to November 29th. 1 also found that 60% of voters are dissatisfied with the candidates presented to them in the presidential race.

Meanwhile, according to the poll, 42% of likely voters say their personal financial situation has worsened under the Biden-Harris administration.

In another national poll, Trump and Harris are tied at 49%.

The NBC News poll of 1,000 registered voters, conducted Oct. 30 to Nov. 2, has a margin of error of 3.1%.

According to NBC News, Harris leads Trump 87-9% among black voters, 57-41% among voters under 30 and 55-43% among college-educated white voters.

Trump leads among rural voters 75-23%, among white voters in general 56-42% and among white voters without a college degree 64-34%, the source added.

When it comes to gender, Harris leads Trump among women, 57-41%, while men support Trump over Harris, 58-40%, NBC News reported.

The poll also found that 60% of registered voters believe America will still be divided no matter who prevails on Election Day.
