The Star of Jacob is back. The prophecy of a star that would signal the rebirth of the Lord Jesus is found in the book of Numbers Bible went viral after one TikTokHe's a startling claim. The claim, shared by Jacob Rutkowski, a TikTok sensation, sparked debate over whether or not he is a real star.

The teenage TikToker shared a story from the Bible about the trio of men who followed a star on Christ's birthday and found him in a stable in Jerusalem. This story about Jesus gave the Star of Jacob sacred status in Christianity. In the Bible, the star is described as “extraordinary” and is intended to symbolize the return of Jesus to earth.

Rutkowski claimed in the video that the Star of Jacob would arrive “very soon” and urged people to examine the night sky to witness what he called an “extraordinary” celestial phenomenon mentioned in the Bible.

However, others were quick to point out that the “Star of Jacob” was not a real phenomenon and only existed as a myth in the Bible. One TikToker even took the initiative and recorded a video clarifying that Jacob is not a real star and is only mentioned in the biblical scriptures.

What is the true meaning of Star of Jacobs?

Based on an online website from the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, the star is mentioned in the Book of Numbers, verse 24:17 of the Bible.

An excerpt from the verse reads: “I see him, but not now; I see him, but not close. A star comes out of Jacob; a scepter shall arise from Israel, and it shall break in pieces the foreheads of Moab, and the foundation of all.” the sons of Seth.”
