Stevie Wonder makes a cameo appearance at Usher's LA show

Usher concluded his sold-out four-night run at the new Intuit Dome in Los Angeles by performing his greatest hits to the audience and bringing out music legend Stevie Wonder.

While the audience was on its feet for most of the evening as Usher performed his catalog of hits and guest stars, which included comedian Kevin Hart, DJ Lil Jon and rappers Juicy J and Tommy Richman, the biggest ovation came the night he released “The Wonder.”

But Wonder took the opportunity to return the favor and praise Usher: “I'm here to celebrate you and that's why I'm here tonight,” he said, pointing out Usher's recent hit “Good Good.” was his favorite.

Usher knelt next to his idol, while the singer and activist also used the opportunity to urge people to get out of the vote. He noted that his own upcoming tour and new single were intended to promote healing and unity.

“You are the ones who hold the key,” Wonder told the audience. “My vision has always been to create a united people of this United States.”

Usher then joined Wonder and sang “Ribbon in the Sky” along with the entire audience – he also sang “Overjoyed,” which aptly described the audience's reaction to Wonder's presence.

Wonder wasn't the only one Usher paid tribute to. Early in the set, Usher also singled out Bobby Brown in the audience, noting that he had gone out of his way to buy Brown's first album, and then played snippets of hits including “Tenderoni” – the audience sang along, and Brown beamed.

The two-hour-plus show also included a comical moment when Hart came out as the band began playing “Nice and Slow” and took off his tank top before the sultry hit began playing.

“Ladies, I'm free tonight!” Hart told the audience before Usher shooed the comedian off the stage. “What the hell are you doing?” Usher asked as the audience roared with laughter.

Ushers Usher: Past, Present, Future The tour lasts until December.
