Sydney Sweeney practically begged the SNL cast to make jokes about my breasts.

Saturday Night Live Star Bowen Yang has claimed Sydney Sweeney asked the cast to “joke about my breasts” when she hosted the show earlier this year.

Although Sweeney's hosting gig was largely considered a success, there was some criticism of the numerous gags and skits about her physical appearance, including one in which she worked as a waitress at Hooters.

However, Yang has now explained that many of the ideas for jokes came from Sweeney herself, who claimed: “She practically begged everyone.”

He added: “She came in and said, 'Please everyone joke about my breasts.'”

Sweeney's SNL appearance bizarrely became a political talking point when a right-wing commentator wrote a think piece titled, “Are Sydney Sweeney's Double-D Boobs Foreshadowing the Death of Woke?”

Commenting on the debate, he said Immaculate Actor told NME that “there’s nothing I can do about the obsession with her looks.”

When asked if that made her want to stay away from the internet, she replied: “Um, no, I think it's important to know about everything and then use that information however I want. But I’m just being myself, that’s all.”

This reflected the thoughts she shared with us in an interview diversity Sweeney admitted that the constant comments made her feel like she had “no control” over the online discourse about her own appearance.

“I see it and I just can’t afford to react. I don't know how to explain it — I'm still trying to figure it out myself,” she told the outlet when asked about the viral reaction to her SNL Debut.

“People feel connected and free to talk about me however they want because they believe I have given up on my life. That I'm no longer on a human level because I'm an actor. That these characters are for everyone else, but I, as Sydney, are no longer for me,” Sweeney said. “It’s this weird relationship that people have with me that I have no control or influence over.”
