The three most anticipated TV shows coming this month

Some of the most anticipated streaming TV shows for the month of November are actually returning favorites – including shows from providers like Netflix, HBO, and Paramount Network, which have huge fan bases eagerly awaiting their show's arrival.

Below, we take a closer look at three of the most anticipated TV shows, courtesy of Rotten Tomatoes' monthly snapshot of the most anticipated series. They will be ranked according to fan preferences and we'll start with one coming soon dune Spinoff series from HBO and Legendary Entertainment.

The films of director Denis Villeneuve dune And Dune: Part Two are based on Frank Herbert's 1965 novel, while HBO's new TV series is actually inspired by it Sisterhood of Dunea 2012 spin-off novel written by Kevin J. Anderson and Brian Herbert, son of Frank Herbert.

The six-episode show, premiering November 17 at 9 p.m. ET on HBO, is set 10,000 years before Paul Atreides' ascension. Dune: Prophecy “follows two Harkonnen sisters as they battle forces that threaten the future of humanity and create the fabled cult that will become known as the Bene Gesserit.” I'm particularly excited about this show because showrunner Alison Schapker was also a producer on two of my favorite TV shows of the 2000s – Lost And Alias.

Arcane: Season 2 (Netflix, November 9)

You can read our Arcane Season 2 preview here. In short, it's been three whole years since fans of League of LegendsIn the Netflix-inspired anime series, sisters Vi and Jinx recently took different paths in the impending confrontation between the societies of Zaun and Piltover.

The second and final season will be released in three parts (November 9th, 16th and 23rd). “Arcana is just the beginning of our larger storytelling journey and our partnership with the wonderful animation studio Fortiche Production,” said co-creator Christopher Linke during a League Dev Update about the show. “From the beginning, when we started working on this project, we had a very specific ending in mind, which was the story of Arcanaconcludes with this second season. But Arcana is just the first of many stories we want to tell in Runeterra.”

Yellowstone: Season 5 – Part 2 (Paramount+, November 10)

Taylor Sheridan Yellowstone The series, which follows a Montana family as they navigate conflicts surrounding their massive ranch, was a huge TV hit for the Paramount Network. In fact, it's such a big series that it's become a true franchise and inspired the creation of Paramount+ spin-off TV shows 1883 And 1923.

Part 2 of the fifth season of the series will be released on November 10th. Yellowstone “describes the Dutton family, who control the largest contiguous cattle ranch in the United States. Amid shifting alliances, unsolved murders, open wounds and hard-won respect, the ranch is in constant conflict with those it borders – a growing city, an Indian reservation and America's first national park.”
