A new poll just revealed America's favorite grocery store, and we have to admit we're a little shocked at the store that took the top spot. While some might expect a giant like Costco or a fan favorite like Trader Joe's to be the top choice, Best Grocery Store is far smaller and less well-known.

Is the tension killing you yet?

According to a survey by USA todaythe best grocery store in the US is Hy-Vee.

Unfortunately for Costco fans with membership cards, the warehouse didn't even make the list. Trader Joe's, on the other hand, made it and secured the 8th spot.

TJ's is far from the only small grocery store added to the list. Other smaller offerings include Fresh Market and ALDI. Larger supermarkets also had their chance, with Publix and Wegmans both pushing their way.
