Travis Hunter was dominant on Saturday, helping Colorado defeat UCF by a final score of 48-21 at FBC Mortgage Stadium.

Head coach Deion Sanders' team secured a comfortable win against a Big 12 opponent as the Knights entered the contest with a 3-0 record.

Throughout the game, Hunter showcased his two-way talent, scoring nine of his 10 targets for 79 yards and a touchdown.

He also made an impact at cornerback, finishing with a tackle and an interception. Hunter beat Knights signalman KJ Jefferson in the third quarter before making the Heisman Trophy pose in the end zone.

Fans, pundits and former players alike called for him to receive more attention as a Heisman front-runner.

Travis Hunter.
The best player in the country.
No debate.

Shedeur Sanders also had an impressive performance on Saturday, recovering after being subbed by the Buffs on the first drive of the game. He seemed comfortable in the pocket against a Knights defense that struggled to pressure opposing quarterbacks early in the season.

Sanders went 28 of 35 for 280 yards and three touchdowns, along with the aforementioned interception. He distributed the ball and completed passes to eight different receivers.

Colorado dominates UCF. Given the competition, this could be the Buffs' most complete performance under Deion Sanders. UCF has a lot of talented pieces.

@CUBuffsFootball could have the Nos. 1 and 2 picks in the draft this season. But can we please talk about the job? @DeionSanders does in Colorado! The team plays well on both sides of the football.

After a loss to Nebraska on September 7, the Buffs won three straight and have already matched their win total from the 2023 season. Sanders' team will look to extend its winning streak to four in an Oct. 12 matchup against No. 23 Kansas State.
