The Seattle Seahawks find themselves in a defensive showdown with the Buffalo Bills in a rained out Week 8 game at Lumen Field. Although the Bills have a clear lead in overall performance, the game remains 7-3 in Buffalo's favor.

However, the Seahawks have managed to keep the ball close since the Bills' opener thanks to solid defense. Easily the defense's best attack (so far) was cornerback Josh Jobe's interception of Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen in the second quarter. It's the first interception Allen has thrown this year.

Allen is known for being reckless with the ball at times, but has been exceptionally good at securing it better this year. However, that series ended in Seattle.

Unfortunately, despite the fact that Jobe returned the ball to the Buffalo seven-yard line, the Seahawks were unable to score points from excellent field position. Seattle went for the Bills' 4th-and-1 and was stuffed. As of this writing, Buffalo leads Seattle 7-3 with two minutes left before halftime.
