The San Diego Padres are just one win away from the National League Championship Series.

The Pads advanced to the National League Division Series, where they will face the Dodgers in a best-of-five round starting Saturday. On Tuesday, the games were moved to San Diego, where the home team took advantage. The series is 2-1 Padres.

Here's everything you need to know about the NLDS, including how to get tickets and where to watch the games.

When do the Padres play the Dodgers?

NLDS Game 4 between the San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers is scheduled for October 8th at 6:08 p.m. Game 5, if necessary, will be played at Dodger Stadium on Friday, October 11th.

Who will pitch for Padres vs. Dodgers NLDS Game 4?

Dylan Cease pitches for the Padres. The Dodgers have not yet announced their starting pitcher for Game 4.

The Padres lead the series 2-1 and can advance to the NLCS with a win.

San Diego has a 45-36 record in home games and a 93-69 record overall. The Padres have a record of 80-28 in games in which they score eight or more hits.

Los Angeles has a 46-35 record away from home and a 98-64 record overall. The Dodgers have a record of 78-21 in games in which they score eight or more hits.

Wednesday's game will be the 17th meeting between these teams this season. The Padres have a 10-6 lead in the season series.

Can I purchase tickets for the Padres vs. Dodgers NLDS?

It does not appear that tickets are still available for the NLDS games at Petco Park. However, tickets will be resold through the Padres' official sales partner, SeatGeek. Click here to search for tickets.

Postseason tickets are reserved exclusively for season ticket holders and all fans residing in the following counties and areas:

San Diego County, Baja California, Imperial County, Southern Orange County (San Clemente, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Beach), Southern Riverside County (Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Hemet, Perris), La Paz County, Mohave County, Yuma County and Clark County.

All orders placed outside of these areas will be canceled and will not receive a refund, the Padres said.

Games 1-4 of the Padres vs. Dodgers NLDS series will be broadcast on FS1. Game and 5 will be broadcast on Fox.

Where to watch the Padres vs. Dodgers NLDS game in San Diego

While the Padres are away, Petco Park at Gallagher Square is hosting watch parties for the NLDS games against the Dodgers. Admission is $5 (children under 36 inches are free), with proceeds going to the Padres Foundation. Up to 6 tickets can be purchased per household and watch party.

Park-wide activities will take place throughout the stadium and select food and beverages will be available for purchase.

When will the World Series be played?

The 2024 World Series games are scheduled for Oct. 25 through Nov. 2 but could be played earlier depending on the pace of the American and National League championship series.
