Yankees reliever Luke Weaver described Freddie Freeman's hot streak in one word

Los Angeles Dodgers star slugger Freddie Freeman hit his fourth home run in as many games Tuesday night in the Bronx, continuing his winning streak as the Dodgers attempted to defeat the New York Yankees in the World Series.

Freemnan's two-run blast in the first inning gave the Dodgers an early lead, but the Yankees responded with three home runs of their own, including a third-inning grand slam off shortstop Anthony Volpe. The offensive explosion from New York helped the Bronx Bombers win Game 4 and avoid the sweep, but that doesn't mean the Yankees aren't wondering what Freeman is doing in the middle of the Dodgers lineup.

Yankees star Luke Weaver had an adjective to describe Freeman's incredible winning streak in overtime after Game 4.

“My first thought is this guy is superhuman,” Weaver told members of the media after Game 4. “This guy is doing something we’ve seen for years, right? He's a pretty good big league player. And you.” “I just sit there and marvel at what he's doing. You have to give him all the respect and appreciation for what he does on the biggest stage.”

The Yankees will look to keep their season alive and their high hopes of a World Series title alive when they take the field for Game 5 on Wednesday night in New York.
